Sustainable production
We work with the latest ovens and utilise many different technologies to reduce energy consumption. We reduce the loss of heat as much as possible. And we use recyclable raw materials (plastomers). It is only logical that we use recycled materials ourselves. These are added to new raw materials to create hybrid plastics.
Sustainable creations
Products made using roto moulding score highly on the longevity scale. These parts not only last a very long time, they also extend the lifespan of the installations in which they are used. A win-win!
Zero waste recycling
All plastic is used 100% within the DSPLASTICS GROUP. All rejected products and all cutting residues are collected per type of plastic and reprocessed into a reusable raw material.
And post-industrial residual waste streams are also used with different production processes.
