Our oval plastic seating furniture is specially designed for playgrounds and public spaces. It combines strength, flexibility and durability in one smart concept. Thanks to the rotational moulding process, it has a closed, hollow and watertight shape, which keeps it light and easy to handle during transport and installation.
Production process
Unique features: The mould features a smart flange construction with bolts in the opening, ensuring a reliable, secure seal.
Unique technical specifications
Material: Manufactured from recycled Ex-Yarn (artificial grass), processed into rotation-mouldable powder. This gives the product a slight flexibility, making it more comfortable to sit on and highly UV resistant. This material is also fully recyclable.
Flexible function: The seating furniture can be used in multiple ways — as a bench, a planter or with a footrest on the inside for children.
Water-weighted design: Easy to fill and empty on site, for ease of use and theft prevention.

Number of moulds: The product is manufactured using a single mould.
Realisation
A unique advantage of this design is the possibility to weigh down the furniture with water on site. Once filled, they are extremely stable and resistant to vandalism. If desired, the water can be drained again to move them or store them temporarily. This flexibility makes them ideal for temporary or seasonal applications, something that is not possible with concrete seating furniture.
