Production process
This system stands out thanks to its use of vacuum technology instead of chemical products, making it a sustainable and environmentally friendly alternative. Thanks to its robust design and the use of rotomoulding, the components can withstand intensive use, transport and changing weather conditions.
Unique technical specifications
The walls, doors and roof are made from rotomoulded products. A striking feature of these pieces is that they are extremely thin. As a result, the products all have a pattern to ensure strength. This design requires the use of extra liquid raw material when it melts. This ensures that every corner and edge is nicely filled by the material.
Realisation
Each piece has its function in the construction of this mobile sanitary unit, so that it fits together like a jigsaw puzzle. To achieve this, the dimensions of the pieces are very important. Each piece has a custom-made cooling arrangement to guarantee these dimensions, and on top of that, they are all measured again to ensure that they fit.
